Some ppl get stuck at rb4 and they dont know how to get phylise scrolls since they cant talk to Hairstyle npc & some other need some Spring rolls and they start buying at world well all u gotta do is Barrier Language Quest at npc teleporte at spring town first of all u gotta talk to Granny Beldi argent city ( 2276.2769 ) to accepte first quest wich is going to Bar Waitress - babara at Icicle City (1310 , 530 ) about the potion and u got to pay her 10000G and after done that she will give u Omni-Antidote Prescription and after u double click it 2nd Quest Window will automatic open and once u accepte u have to bring the ingredients from Language Barrier Exchanger at icicle city (1334 , 545 ) and give them to Master Kerra at Icepire Havan (2664 , 654 ) once u done u can go to spring use teleprote .. continue ur rb4 quest .. buy some amp's ( Spring Rolls )

Alejander its a simple guild and even if the player dont have 20m npc will time him be4 he confirm u need 20m & even if trade with out having 20m it will say : " u need 20m " so u dun have to ... lol do whatever u writing
